Bryan Adams is a Charlotte native who graduated from Charlotte Latin School in 1983 and returned to practice after earning his law degree from Wake Forest University. Already an experienced employment litigator, he joined this firm as a partner in 2000. He has litigated cases in all levels of the state and federal court system at the trial and appellate levels, including the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Adams has taught a number of courses on the fundamentals of employment law to human resources professionals and written extensively on employment law issues arising under state and federal law. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in Super Lawyers for Employment Litigation (1 of 13 lawyers selected in the area of Employment Litigation). Adams is listed among the Legal Elite by Business North Carolina magazine, an honor achieved by only 3% of lawyers statewide, and has been recognized as a leading employment lawyer by Chambers USA.
